I wanted to upload some pictures from our class trip to Maymont. The second is actually from my room at home but it's shot in the same way as the first picture of the rose. We had to shoot through some kind of object that was transparent or translucent and I chose to use an orange candle votive holder. I think these 2 shots turned out well but in general they kinda look like crap

Post-Birthday

FINALLY finished painting my room and everything, really enjoy this shot of my hallway and front door... probably bad composition but in general I like the mood. School is finally catching up to me and I really wish I had more free time because I feel like I haven't been able to sit down for more than 5 minutes...
Went to Nascar for my birthday this past weekend, it was awesome. I'll post a picture from my seat that I took on my phone eventually. It seriously made me want to go out and get a headset radio so I could go to the races more often and actually learn about whats going on because I was completely lost :/
Also, hugeeee thanks to all of my friends for the surprise b-day party.. I will definitely put up some pictures from that soon tooooo

Labor Day weekend!

Successful weekend! I worked on projects AND managed to engineer an amazing birthday cake food fight all while capturing these beautiful faces.  We all made it to VA beach and back today, I'd say a great midway adventure for this 3 day weekend.  Here's to relaxing and possibly getting some things done tomorrow!
